This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a relaxing spa, and friendly staff who helped care for my elderly parents during my first visit. I always enjoy using the indoor swimming pool. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay!

The experience felt more like a basic 3-star hotel than expected. There were inconsistencies with housekeeping, as sheets were not changed regularly, and towels were left unchanged throughout the stay. Dinner options lacked variety, with a poor selection of main courses and repetitive salads, leading to disappointment in nightly meals. The view from the booked suite also fell short, not matching the expectations set by promotional pictures, detracting from overall enjoyment.

The exceptional culinary offerings stood out during my visit, with a remarkable variety that catered to different palates, including delightful miso soup. The comfortable atmosphere of the spa provided a perfect way to unwind after long days, although the limited availability of certain treatments was a letdown. the location was slightly noisy, especially with street sounds when the windows were open. Nonetheless, the overall experience was rejuvenating and enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay for 4 nights in a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. The Alpine decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the food was delicious with a variety of options. The spa facilities were top-notch, especially the saunas. The staff made us feel right at home. Can't wait to return! 😊

Dinner choices were limited, but the views from my room were stunning.

this was my second stay in kaprun and das alpenhaus exceeded my expectations during a wedding ceremony. the variety of food was impressive, especially for vegans, and the sauna area was absolutely relaxing. the central location made it easy to explore everything nearby.

rooms lack air conditioning.

the room had an awful smell , but the spa area was modern and well kept. the breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a great variety. the evening meals were superb with outstanding presentation.

This was just a balanced option for a weekend break in Kaprun with good value. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Consider eating at nearby restaurants. they offered better meals than what was available at the hotel.

Amazing views and great food!

Staying here was fab! The spa was super relaxing and the balcony views were breathtaking. We opted for half board, and honestly, the dinner options were delicious with loads to choose from. Only annoying thing was the noise from the street if you opened the windows. But everything else made up for it!

The location is perfect for accessing local ski lifts without needing a bus, and the views of Kitzsteinhorn from the balcony were breathtaking. The spa facilities, although a bit crowded due to the Finnish sauna being out of order, offered great therapeutic treatments that left a lasting impression. the room layout featured limited storage options with few drawers available, which made organizing personal items a challenge. meal variety for dinner could improve, as it felt somewhat repetitive throughout the stay.

Great stay for a group

The rooms were spacious , very clean and had lots of closet space. We were lucky to receive the same table at a window in an adorable wood-paneled room every night.

It wasn’t cheap , but the meals were good.
